Got the @fumotousa valve installed today during the oil change. Very easy to install and I really like how it ended up! None of it protrudes out under the pan and the locking mechanism ended up on top. It's just a great design that I wouldn't worry about it opening even if it were more exposed.
This next oil change will go directly into a container through a tube, minus the filter of course!
