Nothing like an extreme weather alert to discourage us from venturing outside. It gives us the perfect opportunity to relax and recharge a bit more. Here in Toronto it’s feeling close to -30C. The heat in our condo has been sporadic and we’re struggling to get the temperature up to 20C. One of the many joys of living a large condo complex. It’s not the end of the world and we’re managing. Extra layers, more blankets and warm drinks. It’s made me slow down quite a bit and enjoy a slower pace, even if it means not everything gets done. Doing nothing can be just as important to your #creativehealth as getting things done. Take advantage of resting when you can and of doing nothing.
