Shoulders workout.... For years I have been trying to work on the right angle to stimulate the posterior and middle delts without getting all kinds of tension on my back and traps.... I believe that the posterior and middle delts have a strong connection and when they are fully activated the anterior delts get very relaxed.... The anterior delts are more prone to chest activation.... The stability ball takes all the impact of the upper body and traps and it's roundness creates the perfect arch in the arms for really stretching the shoulders and not the arms..... The pump is amazing..... When you reach failure it's really hard but when you get up you only feel it on the delts... There's no tension on the rest of the body because of the ball.....
