Took the boys to visit their great uncle in Carmel-by-the-Sea and had the chance to do some fantastic tidepooling.

Whelks, abalone, crabs, starfish, and a multitude of hermit crabs crawling all amongst the rocks with us, saying goodbye to a golden sunset and waiting for the rush of brine to announce the tide’s return.
