I was thinking why this Infrastructure required in places like Kinnaur and Lahaul & Spiti then I experience the livelihood of the locals,they even struggling for fulfilling their basic needs like food,water, electricity and the most important is health facilities and honestly in winters this places become no men zone. Then the Corporate Social Responsibility comes in the picture to help tribals for their development and get equal accessibility to get education,basic infrastructure.
