Shredded and roasted sweet potato (ghee or bacon grease heated on a sheet pan + shredded sweet potato roasted at 400• for 15-20 mins and then lightly salt and pepper), sautéed onions and peppers, 1/4-1/2 avo 🥑, 2 farm eggs, 1 piece of that high quality 🥓, some bluebs, and nutritional yeast + TJ’S everything but the bagel seasoning on top of the egg 🥚.⠀
