Day 22/31: SELF CARE
This season I committed to meditation as a daily practice. Every morning I wake up at least ten minutes earlier than I want to in order to meditate before I leave the bed. This sun splotch familiar greets me with head butts and purrs, settles into my lap, and cuddles me while I practice.
