Another omakase review for you guys! We came here to celebrate our anniversary last year. It did not disappoint! Although slightly more expensive than some other omakase places, we really loved the traditional Japanese experience and Tokyo-style sushi. Fun fact, Shoushin is the only sushi bar in Canada with a sushi bar made of hinoki wood (a rare type of wood often reserved for palaces, shrines and temples!) ✨
