Yesterday was the last day of the 6 week Beginner Yoga Course. It was a such a great evening with beautiful yogis.
It was so nice to witness their experience, how they progressed in their yoga practice not to understand only one aspect of yoga asana (Physical posture) instead have a deeper understanding of "YOGA" as unity.
