can’t wait to go back to @niudanoodles! had an awesome big bowl of braised beef shank noodle soup (with noodles made in house!!)👌 this bowl is Japanese inspired, and they use waygu beef bones for the broth, giving it a really rich flavour 🍜 ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
