... for me, my love for fitness really started January 2018, after arriving home from traveling, starting a new job and setting new goals in the new year..
.
Whilst away traveling we had limited access to gyms, but tried to walk as much as possible to keep our exercise levels high. Alex trained minimal times whilst we were away but only when it was possible. We ate pretty much whatever we felt like and didnโt โcalorie countโ what so ever.

Now we both consistently train, normally 5-6 times a week... macro count and eat intuitively when itโs appropriate. But donโt get me wrong WE BOTH LOVE A CHEAT ๐๐๐๐ซ๐ฐ๐ง.... we try and fit in the treats in moderation to our daily diet if we can and still satisfy our cravings when we need too ๐ I daily enjoy a biscuit or treat and easily fit it in...

ANYWAY... this post is just to prove that you can make slight changes to your lifestyle to see a big difference. ๐
