APRIL 2017 ๐Ÿ‘‰๐Ÿผ JULY 2018<br />.<br />The left picture taken in Australia, 2 months into our around the world trip ๐ŸŒŽ and the right picture half way through our weeks holiday to Ibiza ๐ŸŽต<br />.<br />... for me, my love for fitness really started January 2018, after arriving home from traveling, starting a new job and setting new goals in the new year..<br />.<br />Whilst away traveling we had limited access to gyms, but tried to walk as much as possible to keep our exercise levels high. Alex trained minimal times whilst we were away but only when it was possible. We ate pretty much whatever we felt like and didnโ€™t โ€˜calorie countโ€™ what so ever.<br />.<br />Now we both consistently train, normally 5-6 times a week... macro count and eat intuitively when itโ€™s appropriate. But donโ€™t get me wrong WE BOTH LOVE A CHEAT ๐ŸŸ๐Ÿ•๐Ÿ”๐Ÿซ๐Ÿฐ๐Ÿง.... we try and fit in the treats in moderation to our daily diet if we can and still satisfy our cravings when we need too ๐Ÿ˜‹ I daily enjoy a biscuit or treat and easily fit it in...<br />.<br />ANYWAY... this post is just to prove that you can make slight changes to your lifestyle to see a big difference. ๐Ÿ˜€<br />.<br />#healthyinspiredlifestyle
