Another new day that we’ve been given!! Here’s a little fun exercise you can do in your spare time: grab two separate sheets of paper. On one piece, write down ALL the things you’d love to do and all the dreams you store in your mind. And on the second piece of paper, make a list of what a typical day looks like for you. Place the lists side by side and take a closer look. How could we tweak our day so that we are closer to reaching a goal or two or three? Is it our mindset that has to change? Is it the way we eat? Or maybe there are tough things in our life that we need to start facing. Let’s begin. Let’s take one little step.
