Can't say no to Potato + Cheese!

▪ INGREDIENTS:
2 Boiled Potatoes, Panko, Flour, Egg Mixture, Boiled Egg, 2Tbsp Bacon, 1Tbsp Broccoli, 2Tbsp Canned Corn, 2Tbsp Mayonnaise, Pepper, Salt
Cheese sauce: Easy Cheese, 50ml Milk

▪ DIRECTIONS:
1. Combine 2 Tbsp mayonnaise, little bit of pepper and mash them.
2. Then shape mashed potato into ball.
3. Coat potato balls with flour, egg mixture, pankos and deep fry them.
4. Cut them half and place in disposable contatiner.
5. Place 1 Tbsp thinly sliced boiled egg, 1 Tbsp broccoli, 2 Tbsp bacon, 2 Tbsp canned corn.
6. Combine 50ml milk, easy cheese and microwave for 2 minutes.
7. Pour scoop of easy cheese mixture on top of potato balls.
