You must eat healthy ? Your diet must be really low calorie? How do you stay so lean ? Those and lots of other questions on a regular basis I get. The answer is yes to all of the above.
Most Importantly, I don’t diet, I eat healthy and clean because I’ve learned over the years a lot about food, and the foods I consume and the importance of them.
I love 💕 eating healthy, the taste, health benefits, cured my digestive issues, consuming my vitamins and minerals in a healthy way.
At the end of the day like I always say, no matter what it is, do what works for you ! Eating healthy works for me because I’m smart about it, and it’s sustainable long term which is key 🔑! Eat well be well !
