Rodent track marks left by Roof Rats continuously climbing under and around the eves and entering the attic through a broken attic vent. Repairs have been made, rodents have been removed. The person living in this house was elderly and never heard the rodents in the attic until they did extensive damage. If you know someone who is elderly it might be a good idea to have there home inspected before it’s to late.
