Im ready to face the challenges as learn as much as I can and document everything along the way!💪🏼❤️ Tryin to inspire the world here!🥰 #gymshark66 -Face Pulls<br />(Pull center of rope to your face, think about separating the rope) -Cable Lat pull downs w Single Arms<br />(Use a slow & even force with your lats) -Bent Over Barbell Rows<br />(Bend knees, move torso forward) -Cable Row<br />(Lean over to keep the natural alignments of your back) -Reverse Fly<br />(Raise weights until elbows are in line with your shoulder) (Leaning over w/ elbows slightly bent) -Single Arm DB Row<br />(Pull weight to side of chest)<br />@gymshark
