Tom Yum Goong - a great blend of various aromatics and chilli to create a sour, salty and spicy soup with succulent, bouncy and firm prawns cooked to perfection. No overcooked mushy or hard prawns here. Also included in the soup are tomatoes, mushrooms, onions and cilantro to garnish. I only wish they gave more soup for the amount of main ingredients in the bowl.
