📌Key Coaching Cues:
➡️Lie even on the bench. Walk your feet out in a semi-circular pattern as far as you can and then drive your knees out hard. This is going to create a lot of lower body stability and tension.
➡️With both hands lift the dumbbell into position and squeeze your shoulder blades back and down setting the shoulders and upper back in black.
➡️Before initiating your press create a tight fist with the non-pressing hand a pull down as if you were pressing - hold this position throughout.
