I will side with the audience this time, movie critics were too harsh on The Upside. I haven’t seen the original one but this one was pretty ok. The Upside is an enjoyable film. In my opinion it could’ve had a bit more heart to it however the film does star Kevin Hart so you can definitely expect some comedy. Overall it was an ok film in which most will have a good time at the movies. It is not a movie I super recommend but if you don’t have anything to watch you can go ahead and enjoy this one.
