After being cooped up in the house sick for 4 days, I was DYING to get out + go to the preview dinner tonight for The Diner, the new @hu.hotel restaurant opening this Friday. From the aesthetics, to the food to the playlist, it did not disappoint. This is not your traditional diner-it’s elevated southern cuisine but still approachable.
