I say this ALL the time and here is the perfect example. My colleague’s listing came in $20,000 below 😱😳 contract price!!! Yes the level or renovation matters and if you want to get that higher market price, you have got to spend the 💵. So pay attention 🧐 to what the competition has if you’re trying to get a similar price. (Yes, I got her ok to share)
