My biggest goal for 2019 is to keep the shop ready to ship all year- which means I need to have inventory in stock for the Valentine’s Day Collection release next week 😬 If I can completely switch over from made to order to ready to ship only (I started the process almost 2 years ago 😳), I think my work schedule will be much more sustainable and hopefully I won’t continue getting sick for a month at the end of every year 😉
