This year is already going by so fast!! Valentine's Day is just around the corner and my feed is already starting to flood with pretty pastries dressed in pink and red! 💝 These little guys aren't pink or red, but they were our plated Escargot dessert from last year's menu inspired by Pretty Woman. Our take on a vacherin with champagne meringue, blackberry sorbet, and flavors of matcha and mint. I hand piped so many of these little shells! They were so cute and fun to make!
