We offer a down to earth and accessible retreat day - suitable for beginners!
Our intention is to create spaces for women to come together with other likeminded women, explore practices which nurture our hearts and souls, a welcome retreat from our busy lives as we connect to the moment and reconnect to ourselves
Nurturing through stilling our overactive minds, moving our sometime stiff and tired body, eating food to nurture our insides and walking in nature, feeling the breeze on our skin and the earth underfoot
