For every “Bro” out there looking to get that nice arm pump in, then send this video to your friends.<br /><br />An arm day seems pointless or is commonly seen as a bro workout, but if apart of your goal is to increase your arm size then it is important to include an arm routine in your program. This can be a single day of the week or split up to be done at the end of some workouts. If you’re doing a push, pull, & lower slit, then at the and of your push day add triceps, while at the end of your pull day add biceps. I recommend doing two push and two pull days a week that way you will see optimal growth compared to doing the typical 5 day split. <br />A big thing to increase arm size is CORRECT FORM!! I cannot stress that enough! People load up too much weight and throw away their form and see no results. The best thing to do is learn the correct form, drop the weight, and doing super- or dropsets.<br /><br />This full worker can be completed within 45-60 minutes and is a hypertrophy workout. Don’t do heavy weight for low repetitions! Your biceps and triceps increase muscular strength by working the major muscle groups (chest & back).
