•Have you ever been asked why this time is different than the last-in regards to going after your goals?🙋♀️ I HAVE 🤷🏼♀️ •
• Its not fun to be judged especially when we are all our own worst critics. 🙄Some people may not believe you when you tell them you are going after your goal or dream because of past failed attempts.
•That doesn’t matter though! All that matters is you believe in yourself this time! Don’t let others tell you that you can’t or won’t 💯 It all starts in the mind! Took me many attempts before I realized this and aligned my mental state with my physical goals 💪🏼
