This is an outrage ... a #publichealth #crisis #women are being neglected for severe #thyroid conditions , left and right ....we must do something about this nationwide problem. I’ve been #testing #diagnosing and treating- on several of my new #patients who’ve gone undiagnosed for years...mostly women and a few men -so far... people have been getting suboptimal healthcare for years and it’s time #healthcare #systems and #providers step up and do what’s right...there are many of us doing a great job but many people in this country are still #suffering from lack of appropriate care #standards ✅normal #tsh should be 2.0 to 0.5... hers is 463 !!!!! This is most likely a severe case of #myxedema #np #nursepractitioner
