2 exercise routines I like doing to help me maintain & build stronger wrist. Before attempting make sure you’re able to hold a 2 min high plank and a 90 second dead hang.

1 -Wrist fist to finger tips - ladder drill up by one. 1-5 then back down to 1. ( look at video for further description, first video. )
Complete 3 sets.

2- Wrist to fist pushups - ladder drill up by twos. 2-10 then back down to two. (Look at video for further description.)

These exercises require a strong foundation from your hands, fingers and wrist. Make sure you have a strong handshake before attempting. ;) _
I like to hit 3 sets of this workout at least twice a month. I mainly do this after the “5 minute drill” - 50 pull-ups and 100 pushups for time. Preferably in under 5 minutes 💪 #TrainHardEveryone #BrooklynTank718 #Tankfitness
