On this exact day one year ago I completed my hardest fitness challenge to date by running the Paris Marathon!
I was so happy to finish it in 4 hours 20 minutes (my target was 4 hours 30 mins)
I'm not going to lie the preparation and 5 months worth of training was difficult however nothing beats that feeling of the cheering from everyone on the side lines, seeing my parents who flew over to support me and crossing that finish line after running 42km all for raising money for motor neurone disease (close to my heart) 🏃♀️
