Here are 2 exercises using just a “bar” that will get your wrist and core stronger. #1 - Dead hangs. #2 toes to bar. <br />_<br />🔹Dead hangs is my #1 way to build stronger wrist. I feel no other exercise can compare. Start off by grabbing the bar with an eagle clawed grip ( thumbs wrapped and press against finger) and just hold for time. Try doing sets of 1 minute holds 🤔 complete 10 sets‼️ get em strong 🤙<br />_<br />🔹Toes to bar - Start by hanging from the bar with hands slightly wider than shoulder width apart. thumb is being pressed against index finger...that eagle claw grip 😉.. Think about pulling the bar downwards, so that your scapulae are depressed and slightly retracted (like a scapular pull up). This, in addition to keeping midline stability, will minimize swinging of the torso.
