Complete 3-5 sets. Each exercise is for 1 minute.. do as much as you can in that minute! Push yourself to the limit with each exercise!!! Let’s goo 💪

🔹1) table top plank shoulder taps for 30 seconds then jump up to “Air squats for the remaining 30 seconds. 1 minute total.

🔹2) Burpee squat. 1 minute.
_
🔹3) Star jumps. 1 minute.
_
🔹4) alternating knee tuck lunges. 1 minute. 2 repetitions then switch to the opposite leg.
_
🔹5) alternating shoulder tap pushups. 1 minute.
_
🔹6) bicycle crunches. 1 minute.
_
🔹7) oblique twist. 1 minute.
