This is Zampa it’s traditional Tibetan dish. Made without heat treatment from flour, butter, with the addition of warm water, sugar / salt as desired. It turns out very nourishing and quite tasty 😋 Before that I only theoretically knew how to prepare it (mashup with hands) and when the tibetian guy offered his help I was hesitated 😅 but to my happiness progress and plastic bags reached Tibet. 😜😜😜😜😜😜😜😜😜😜😜
Это Цампа традиционное тибетское блюдо. Изготавливается без термической обработки из муки, сливочного масла с добавлением тёплой воды, сахар/соль по желанию.
