Yesterday, I underwent my third knee surgery in the hopes that I’ll come back to running stronger than ever. The Doctor told me I should be doing lower impact exercises, and while I’ll definitely supplement in yoga, cycling, and swimming into my routine...I just love to run. I can’t help it. Every sport I’ve played involved it. And now, it’s my stress relief and time to just let me be me. ✨

This whole Dopey Challenge 2020 will be a true testament to what I’ll be able to withstand. I hope and pray that I won’t let myself down. Each new day is a new step towards a brighter future. I told myself this year would be my best. Now I’m more fired up than ever to prove it. 🔥
