Oh.M.Goodness... #dopeytraining begins in a little over two weeks! Thankfully, I should be cleared to run by then...but I’m hesitant to rush things with my knee. Once my sutures are removed, I plan on swimming, cycling, and practicing yoga to balance out my running (doctors orders).

In the meantime, I’m doing a whole lot of stretching and working on ROM exercises for my knee. How do you guys balance out your training? Do you follow a running plan to a T?
