✨Life is such a tug and pull of a mental game. ✨We are so much more capable than we give ourselves credit for. We can and will grow to new heights. Literally who would of thought that it was possible to hang off a pole with only your legs but holy heck it is freaking exhilarating and so possible! Let’s just say I am so extremely pumped and my muscles are completely feeling the burn and probably will for a few days! 🔥 Craziness!
