A yummy & super easy plant based protein recipe idea Easy Deconstructed Hummus (for 2-3 people)
1 can chickpeas ( or 400g pre cooked)
3 cloves garlic minced
1/2 lemon ( juice)
2 tablespoons tahini (unhulled is healthier)
1 tbsp Olive oil (extra virgin)
To prepare:
1) Stir & Mash together all the above tasty organic ingredients with a fork, keep it a bit chunky.
2) If desired add good salt, spices or herbs to taste
3) Serve with fresh coriander leaves on top of a bowl of steamed or roast veggies, or just scoop on to crackers, maybe even as a topping for your homemade Buddha bowl. 🍲🍛
