Mango is not merely the King of Fruits, but also the King of Hearts of all the Fruit Lovers.. Mango is known as "Aam" in Hindi & Candy is commonly termed as "Kulfi" in Central India.. So the Mango Candy is one of the all time favourite desserts, specially post dinner amidst all age groups here..
The recipe is elementary, instant as well as sugar free. The selection of mangoes is the most important thing here. Pick sweet, dark orangish- yellow & properly riped mangoes. I have used the famous Kesar Mangoes from Saurashtra, Gujarat. Chop & remove seeds. Grind them into smoothe pulp in a mixer. Please note, DO NOT add any water or sugar. Pour the thick paste into candy tray & freeze for 4-6hrs. Serve frozen & bag the praises 😉
