16 June 2019<br />RunRio Trilogy Leg 2 - 21k<br />-<br />We already gave up this year’s trilogy because I have a planned trip on Sept. 22 (Leg 3). I almost pushed with this event because Leg 1 happened in April 7 and Leg 3 on Sept. 22. Huhuhu. My friends would understand my tanga self. However, Ulo ng Apo changed their run date that forced me to find a new run to attend.<br />-<br />This is the first time I tried beating my PR, which was really exhausting. Haha! I almost regretted doing it. My motivational phrase started with “chill lang tayo” but ended with “make jinyoung proud” huhu somewhere in 16k or 17k. But yay I successfully cut down my 3hrs and 30 mins to 3hrs and 15 mins! Huhuhu. Yes, I went through a lot just so I could cut it for 15 mins. Huhu. May it be 15 mins or 1 hour, let this be a reminder of appreciating our efforts of becoming better everyday. 🌻
