Bibi Graetz 2015 Casamatta IGT Toscana is 100% Sangiovese vinified and aged in stainless steel. ⚙️ It’s a very easy drinker with med+ acidity, med- tannins, and notes of sweet red fruits like cherry and raspberry 🍒 as well as some savory notes of smoke, stewed tomato, oregano, and iron. 🍅 I expected it to be a little tired but it’s still drinking well! That said, drink now. 🏃♀️
