When I first started back up in the gym 5 months ago I was hardly able to bench 135 for a full 3 set of 8 reps. Back to back max days I hit 225 and regular reps of 165+. With a previous PR being 195 this was a big goal for me. I also set PRs today in Squat-385 and deadlift-355. My goal was to get stronger and ive packed on 8 lbs of muscle since ive started. Again I’m at 200lbs but compared to the last time I hit that weight I’m in much better physical shape. I wanna thank my gym partner Terry for spotting me and being a motivator as well as allowing me to teach him the knowledge I learned from others. Secondly I def couldn’t have gotten this far without the guidance and experience as well as the hype from @alexaboggs Thank you so much for always giving tips and ideas as well as keeping me motivated to continue to workout. Your knowhow as well as your friendship and been something I will def cherish. Finally I wanna thank @jcrider23 for being he one several years ago to get me into working out. Even to this day you still provide me with guidance and tips as well as dietary plans and ideas for the future to get better. Thank you so much you 3, from the bottom of my heart.
