I’ve always struggled with self confidence, but when you finally realize true self worth goes WAY beyond what you look like in the mirror, my world changed.
I used to look in the mirror and want to change so many things about myself. But I realize time has given me all I could ask for. (And also been the most frustrating part) time working on my mental health, time spent journaling, time giving back to others, time taking the next step in my career, time repairing my metabolism from underrating and over exercising. And time realizing no one cares what you look like compared to your soul.
So I’m feeling good this Friday and it’s because of way more then the mirror.
