Are you spending or investing?<br />—<br />—<br />We spend time & money we don’t necessarily invested. When we spend something we DON’T get it back as it doesn’t create anything. When we invest time & money, it creates FUTURE value. —<br />—<br />Here are a few ways you can spend time more wisely & effectively:<br />1. Honor your energy by being selective with whom & how long you spend time on the phone, meetups, etc. —<br />2. MEting. Spend time in silence & stillness with yourself every single day. It’s the BEST investment you can make. If you don’t have time for yourself you really need to ask yourself where do you stand in your life!<br />—<br />3. Make time for your wellness otherwise you will have to make time for your illnesses. —<br />4. Know what you’re saying yes to! If you’re leaving your calendar empty you will be bullied to be part of someone else’s plan. Remove time bullies & invest your time effectively. —<br />5. Take advantage of your gap time & create gap habits. These are the activities that doesn’t take effort: getting ready, driving, plane/train/Uber to read a book, listen to an audiobook or podcast, learn a language. —<br />6. Remove triggers of distractions.  Choose not to have a TV in your bedroom, games on your phone, a playstation in the house, notifications, etc. you’ll find yourself using your time more wisely. —<br />7. Laugh more. It’s a free anti-depressants & has anti-inflammatory effects. We don’t stopped playing because we get old.
