Deep fried first, so all the excess fat or lard emitted is separated, And cook it with any ingredients of your choice. This one has ginger, garlic, tomato, green chilly! You can add bamboo shoot/ fresh ginger shoots/ potato/ or anything. It will still be amahhhzing ☺️ Happy sunday to all 💖
