Finally A proper Meal cooked in my Kitchen after A Long Break ❣️ The Queen bought the Local Fish and stored it in the freezer mane it's been waiting for me since Saturday 😂😂 Now In my earlier posts I have updated on the VBS Meals that were served to us #thetastiest and #thebestest #nagafood which were mostly #localchicken #beefinnards and #smokedpork of course fish was served twice once in fried version and the other in Local version but I got this bad habit that My kinda #fishcurry local way should be #lhoqhai 😝 kitila #shu-xui means a little hot and a little salty 😝 And Loads of Bambooshoot and Garlic (others too) Because along with the Bones there is it's smell too 😜😜 Nonetheless the fish curries served to us was great infact I got one of the recipe already 😊 Besides in #baghi ( #gatherings should be the nearest meaning) interest of every member should be kept in mind hence everything Should be at minimal especially with the Chillies & Salt😉😉 Haha I got my #chakesang bffs influence that I tend to love #saltyfood 😂😂 Anyways Here is #whatsintheplate🥗

👉 #Fish cooked in local way , Acha for today I suddenly wanted to eat white pale Version so skipped the use of chilli powder and dry red chillies Also Used #bastengapani (the fermented juice or extract or whatever it is called ,Pani means water so let it be Fermented Bambooshoot water Hahahahahahha )instead of bastenga pieces😉 And minus the Tomato everything was freshly picked from the kitchen garden #culantro #alliumchinense #gingerleaves #chillies .
