Avacado Toast!!! I absolutely love avocado toast and its an amazing way to start off on a long day. Whether it be an egg or tomatos you can basically match anything to this hearty breakfast meal.

To make avocado toast all you need is 4 or 5 ingredients
-avocados (depending on the size of the bread one avocado can suit you for anywhere between 1 to 10 helpings)
-bread (any kind you prefer I personally recommend baguette or ciabetta bread)
-salt and pepper to taste
-butter or olive oil
-and an egg
1) unseed the avocado and chop it into smaller pieces
2)mash the avocado up until it is chunky but spread-able -salt and pepper the avocado
3) butter or put olive oil on your bread to toast (depending how crunchy you want the bread)
4) put the avocado onto the freshly toasted bread
5)fry up an egg and put it on the toast
6) salt and pepper to taste
