It’s been a rough afternoon for James, full of obsessing, relentlessly asking me the same thing over and over - to go in the loft after we went in it yesterday, becoming anxious and aggressive whilst he had to wait which led to one hell of a meltdown. My head is banging and I am completely drained from it. I’m sure his emotions are heightened from the house move and he’s not been sleeping well either so tiredness isn’t helping. After our loft visit this evening we have now said the loft visits are finished as it’s not really very safe up there, I hope he can move on from it. I wish it could be easier for him sometimes, I wish I could help him more at times like this but sometimes I feel so helpless in trying to help him manage his thoughts. Hopefully we will have a more positive day tomorrow 🤞
