Early this morning as I was preparing Zaira's school uniform in the room, she suddenly shouted from the shower "MAMA LOOK!!" Panicked I rushed over to see what was wrong. Imagine my surprise to see both her legs bruised 😬 I tried to refresh my memory what had happened. Then I recalled yesterday she was stimming quite aggressively on her therapy ball & bumping herself against the wooden bed, using her shin to stop the impact. Hard to imagine but yaaa..its a regular occurance 🤦🏻♀️ If you follow my IG story, you can picture what I'm talking about hhuhuh! To think that I have already padded it with a rubber carpet.. I may need something thicker now 🙌🏻 I used doTERRA DeepBlue diluted with FCO for her bruises. Did you know that the DeepBlue blend has Wintergreen in it that helps with the pain? Syukuralhamdulilah the bruises is not as purple as it was this morning ❤️
