~Spicy Korean Yang-Gogi Bowl~

Lamb Tips | Gochujang Sauce | Honey | Seseme Seeds | Basmati Rice | Furikake | Basil ▪▪
As a quick lunch today I cooked the Yang-Gogi (Lamb tips) in a cast iron pan to a nice medium, finished with the Gochujang sauce and honey, and served over a Furikake Basmati.
This post should be a 'Thrifty Thursday' post, because the lamb was on sale at Target for $4.00 that fed 3 adults, and I had rice and some sauce on hand. It was too spicy for the kids, but I didn't really want to share anyway. ;)
