* 520 gm Cooked peeled prawns
* Lemon
* Fresh basil leaves
* 2 cloves Garlic (finely chopped)
* 1 small Fresh Chilli
* 160 gm Zucchini Spirals
#Directions
1. Heat a small drizzle of oil in a pan, place finely chopped garlic and chilli in the pan.�
2. Add in Prawns and quickly toss�
3. Grate some lemon zest in�
4. Put in the chopped Basil leaves and Zucchini Spirals. Stir until Zucchini has softened.�
5. Squeeze over some lemon juice�
6. Serve and Enjoy!
