Chilli/Basil chicken with Holoumi. 👌🏼Heat 2tablespoons of coconut oil in a wok. 👌🏼Using a little chopper (my favourite tool), or fine knife. Use as many chilli 🌶 as desired (including heat taste). I used a cayenne green pepper and 2 little red hot chilli 🌶. 👌🏼Also add in desired ginger and raw tumeric to be grinder. 👌🏼When oil is heated, add the spices. Once simmering, chop some fresh basil (or use herbs if you don’t have any), and about 5-700g sliced/diced chicken breast. 👌🏼Once chicken coated in spices, reduce heat and keep mixing (you’ll notice the tumeric coat the chicken since yellow. 👌🏼Once chicken coated and slowly cooking add 2 cups spinach leaves, and half a block of finely chopped Holoumi. 👌🏼Mix through until chicken is cooked. Then add raw cashew on top and about 2 tbls of capers<br />👍🏼This gives it a bit of salt  kick without over doing it and the flavours were amazing! No sauces needed. 👍🏼Low in fat, and all healthy nutritious ingredients.
